“After eight years in the Paris region, I felt the need for a new challenge and decided to test my skills abroad,” he explains.

It led him to Geneva, Switzerland, where he worked at the renowned salon Cazance for five years. Known as “the place to be,” Cazance provided an environment that nurtured his talents and allowed him to experiment and innovate as a lead colorist.

During this time, one of his standout achievements was creating the “Couture Collection,” a series of retro-chic hairstyles demonstrating his eye for style and creativity.

In 2022, as Cazance moved its operations to Marrakech, Benjamin remained in Switzerland, taking on a new role at Sofia Coiffure et Beauté in the heart of Geneva. Here, he expanded his clientele and took on influential roles, styling and coloring for prominent Swiss women, including the future Miss Grand Switzerland 2023, Marine Sayard.

“I aim to expand my connections, participate in beauty events, and collaborate with renowned hairdressing brands,” he notes.

“In ten years, I see myself as a recognized and respected colorist, known for my expertise and creativity,” he shares, showing an evident dedication to evolving and leading in his craft.

Learning is an ongoing process for Benjamin, who places immense value on continuous improvement. “As a colorist, I firmly believe that learning should be an ongoing process,” he asserts.
