N Brown Group has named Heidi Kenyon-Smith as the new general manager of its womenswear brand, Simply Be.
Kenyon-Smith brings with her 20 years of industry experience, having most recently served as managing director of digital marketing media agency, iProspect.
Her role as general manager will involve leading Simply Be in delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience and driving growth.
The chief executive stated, “Heidi joins us with a great deal of passion to enhance Simply Be across all digital, brand, and product touchpoints, as we work towards our goal of becoming the UK’s most inclusive fashion brand for young women.”
This appointment comes as part of N Brown Group’s efforts to strengthen its team and continue its overall transformation.
Earlier this month, N Brown reported a loss in its half-year results, attributing it to challenging market conditions and unfavorable weather.
The company recorded a pre-tax loss of £4.1m for the 26 weeks ending 2 September 2023, compared to a profit of £7.2m in the previous half-year.
