Application for establishing a new global headquarters in Ansty, Rugby, Warwickshire has been made by Frasers Group for planning permission.
The company’s growth ambitions and elevation strategy will be supported and strengthened by this move as per the retail group.
The proposed campus, as reported by Business Live, will consist of logistics facilities, offices, R&D retail, a hotel, and leisure amenities such as a gym and bookable courts.
The group’s current headquarters are located in Shirebrook, Derbyshire, around 50 miles away.
“Close collaboration with local partners has led to the development of plans for a global headquarters campus in Ansty,” stated a spokesperson.
“This campus would furnish us with a well-located, world-class platform to further enhance our elevation strategy, industry-leading ecosystem, and growth aspirations.”
Frasers Group revealed its intention to relocate its Midlands base in October of the previous year, with the objective of accelerating its growth.
In June, the group reorganized its operations by eliminating 200 positions at its head offices in Shirebrook and London following a series of recent acquisitions.
