Powered by the financial support from Pembroke VCT, the company is set to venture into the lucrative US market, leveraging its expanding customer base and social media presence overseas.
Besides focusing on the US market penetration, Tala aims to utilize the investment to fortify its operational framework, boost its team’s capabilities, and explore avenues for establishing a physical footprint in retail outlets.
Notably, the brand recently introduced exclusive shop-in-shop concepts within Selfridges’ department stores in various locations across England in May, a significant milestone signifying its growth trajectory.
Founded in May 2019 by Grace Beverley, a former social media influencer turned entrepreneur, Tala has made impressive strides in its first year of trading, achieving impressive sales of £5.2m and sustaining rapid growth momentum.
Expressing her excitement about the new investment influx spearheaded by Pembroke, Beverley highlighted the unwavering support and admiration from customers as Tala diversified its product range and offerings.
