AllSaints Achieves Unprecedented Growth for Third Straight Year
The clothing brand AllSaints has reached another remarkable achievement, with profits significantly rising. Operating profits surged by 40%, hitting £39.9 million, while EBITDA grew by 18%.
Group sales, which include the upscale menswear label John Varvatos based in New York, saw a modest rise of 0.6% to £459.5 million. The main brand AllSaints experienced a similar 0.6% boost in sales, amounting to £393.5 million.
The retailer indicated that the strong financial outcomes were due to a reduction in promotional efforts and markdowns, alongside a revised sales strategy that focused on expanding wholesale, franchise, and licensing opportunities.
This triumph has allowed the fashion house, marking its 30th anniversary this year, to engage with more customers than ever.
“We are excited to announce yet another record-breaking performance for the third year running,” stated AllSaints CEO Peter Wood. “We are particularly pleased that our strategic focus on broadening our wholesale, franchise, and licensing partnerships globally enables us to connect with a wider consumer base than before.”
Over the year, the enterprise has rolled out various new offerings, such as a fragrance line, a children’s collection dubbed smAllSaints, tailored menswear, and a range of eyewear.
AllSaints is dedicated to investing in both new and existing locations, along with upgrading its technological infrastructure to enhance customer experience.
The fashion retailer currently operates in 27 nations and opened a new distribution hub in the Netherlands in July to support further expansion across Europe. Wood conveyed that the brand feels “more confident than ever regarding our future prospects.”
